Jefferson has successfully represented clients in diverse areas of law ranging from catastrophic personal injury to contract disputes to patent infringement. The successful representation of his clients has resulted in their recovery by jury verdicts and settlements in sums in excess of $200 million.
As part of his practice, Jefferson has successfully taken numerous cases to jury verdicts. In addition, he has arbitrated several cases and has been involved with numerous bench trials.
In this global information age, complex litigation necessarily involves ediscovery and, occasionally, foreign discovery. Jefferson has extensive experience in both. With the assistance of experienced staff, Jefferson has been involved with the review and production of voluminous electronic documents, instant messages, etc. In addition, Jefferson has taken depositions throughout the world and knows the procedures to be followed in doing so.
